Wifi router with 3g backup

We have a router with an ADSL connection in our office. It is a bit iffy sometimes and the reliability isn't amazing (we're in Hungary). We share it with another company that doesn't seem to mind. What I'd like to do is plug in a 2nd wifi router (using lan cable) and have my company connect to this second network. The second router would also have a 3g connection which we will use automatically if the adsl fails.

Is this technically possible and if so, what kind of router would I need?

Thanks
Mark

Something like the Draytek Vigor 3200 would do it.

Basically any router that supports both a WAN port over RJ45, and a 3G modem (either built in or USB, with scope for use in the event of failover).

You don't want an ADSL router for the new one.

Draytek Vigor 2800's (IIRC) had 3G USB dongle support last i checked (end of 2009).
