Wii Component Cable problem

So basically I bought a Wii cable the other day which was delivered yesterday got it out of the box and the audio leads wouldn't stretch to my AV receiver :mad:

I'm after one like in the picture below however got that one off of a Japanese site anyone know of a decent alternative?

Why not just get extensions for the audio leads?
