Wii Fit price announced - 69.99

I was really looking foward to this product, but for that price, i can get Guitar hero 3 for cheaper and probably get miles more fun out of it. Wont be buying it untill its a good solid £50, which it will never be.

Oh as for the price. I won't be buying it. Would rather import a nice metal DDR mat :D
 
It's a little steep, unless they can get more than 1 game's use out of it. I'm thinking boarding titles, light gun games etc.

Thats the comparason for me. GHIII might be overpriced at £70 but somehow, its all worth it. Wii Fit is to casual for the hardcore price. I was expecting more like £50. Wii Play comes with a free remote and it is £35, so double for Wii Fit seems a little high.
 
Yeah, one where the sensors have been worn out by some fat chick thinking she could use it to loose weight really quickly. lol

how in the hell can you be chubby? im like 5'11 and about 15-16 stone (95KG dont know what that is in stone), and im only slightly overweight by about 10-15 kg so im roughly 12% over what i should be

i guess you must have absolutely no muscle on your body at all
 
Ouch, was expecting it to be a bit like Wii Play and in effect only paying for the accessory at around £40

i just dont see how you could be chubby with your weight and height, unless you do have absolutely no muscles and all your bodyweight is from fat, you should seriously start exercising and stop eating crap, i aint had a mc donalds in about 5 years maybe longer, etc but with your height ou shouldnt be overweight with how much you weigh, unless your seriously unhealthy

And if you play GH3 right, you will probably burn more calories too :D
 
Disappointed at the price as I feel its a good £20-30 overpriced, but its still probably going to go for £100 on ebay at launch. Get one if you can.
 
Anyone seen the videos for Family Ski that use the Wii Fit board as a controller?

The game won't win any awards for style, but it does look like fun!
