jklc said:Since the Wii apparently uses the same graphics chip but clocked higher I'm guessing it'll look similar to the Gamecube. I have mine hooked up to my monitor via component and 480p looks good. Its not sparkly HD like the 360 but its a clean, sharp signal.
I expect the Wii to look just as good. I'm more worried about the viewing angles on my monitor and all the swivelling to get it right for sitting/standing play.

Kreeeee said:480p would look fine if you were wise enough not to use the god aweful "std cables".
I have a nice shiny 32" TV to play my Wii on. I seriously doubt a small 24" monitor would cut it.
If you have a xbox360 then just set it to output 480p...Then you know what the Wii will look like..Chadd said:Will the Wii look anygood being displayed on a Dell (24") 2405fpw?
This is the only thing putting me off getting a Wii, as im worried the high resolution monitor will make the Wii graphics look really really bad.
