I know they're releasing the classis controller for the wii, and you can hook up GC pads to it, but will games give you the option of how you'd prefer to play?

For example, i'm looking forward to zelda, but not because of all the new waving the remote around the air ****, just because zelda has always been awesome. So obviously i'd prefer just to control it how I have done since ocarina. Reckon games will give you an option? or force you into using the motion sensing stuff?

I know I could just get the GC version of the new zelda but that was just an example.

If you want traditional Zelda controls, buy the Gamecube version. I'm fairly sure I've read that there's no option to use traditional controls.

There might be an option in Zelda since it would probably work fine with a normal controller. Obviously games like Wii sports and Warioware won't be able to.

Why not? I thought the remote control was just an option, wasn't aware there would be games that force you to use it, however suited to the new control method they may be.

Pretty sure there are going to be plenty of games which will use the waving around as the only control mechanism. There are certainly a mass of games on the DS where you can only use the touch screen mechanism as an option.

Yeah can't imagine Warioware working with any other method. Wii sports could I suppose but it wouldn't be any fun.
