wil sata port interfere with gpu?

I am looking at an MSI H81M-E34 mb. http://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/H81M-E34.html#hero-overview It has a double height sata port that comes out of the side of the board. It is placed where it will be covered by a long double gpu. I am just sending back another mb which had the front panel headers in the same place and that prevented the gpu from fitting.

I am concerned as to whether this sata port will be similar. It is difficult to see on any of the pics I have found but it does look to be slightly higher than the pcie socket.

However, I think I have seen other higher end mbs with similar ports.

That does look like it will interfere with a double slot card. Spend a little more and get a better board. Both of these have that area clear:-
