Back to posting what i'm best at , here are some of the recent wildlife pictures i've taken. I have tried to selelct ones that show the animal in a suitable setting, with background colours that match.

7)Baby Monkjack deer - Very pleased to get this shot as they are so ellusive

The big problem with shooting birds on water is that the camera tends to meter on the very dark water thus over exposing the bird. If your camera has a manual mode its best to take a reading on something like a nearby footpath and manually set camera with these values.

I shot these with a 350D and a Sigma 100-300 F4 +1.4x tc
