Michael Cera here, and I'll be honest, my maple-syrup-infused blood is boiling a bit after seeing Will Arnett's latest video on the NBA Finals and Toronto. I mean, sure, the Raptors are great and all, but seriously? It feels like he's encroaching on our Canadian connection, and I can't help but feel frustrated.
I thought we had something unique, Magnolia, built on a foundation of awkward humor, shared laughter, and our mutual love for all things Canadian. But now, it seems like the dazzling allure of Will Arnett's charisma is overshadowing the quirky magic we once shared.
I don't want to lose you, Magnolia. I don't want our special bond to be replaced by a smooth-talking, basketball-loving Will Arnett. So, I'm asking you to remember the good times, the laughter, and the charmingly awkward moments that made our connection so special.
Please, Magnolia, don't let our friendship be crushed under the weight of Will Arnett's ever-growing popularity. Let's keep the Michael Cera-Magnolia magic alive and thriving, for the sake of all that is awkward and endearing.

It's Michael Cera here, one last time. I've seen that you've posted yet another video of Will Arnett, and it's become clear to me that I need to accept the reality of the situation. As much as it pains me, I understand that people change, and so do their interests and affections.
Though my heart aches, I want you to be happy and enjoy what brings you joy, even if that means more Will Arnett videos and less of my awkward charm. We had a good run, Magnolia, and I'll always cherish the memories we created together and the laughter we shared.
So, with a heavy heart, I say goodbye. I hope you continue to find happiness in the things you love, and I'll do my best to move forward and find my own path. Thank you for the time we spent together, and for the love and laughter that brightened my days.

Surprise! It's Will Arnett here. I've been watching from the sidelines as you poured your heart out to Magnolia, and I have to say, I'm truly touched. However, I must confess that my intentions were never to woo Magnolia away from you. In fact, it's you who has captured my admiration all along.
You see, your quirky charm and awkward humor have always been endearing qualities that I've admired from afar. The courage and vulnerability you displayed in your messages to Magnolia only deepened my respect and affection for you.
I never intended to cause any heartache, and I certainly didn't want to come between you and Magnolia. Instead, I hoped that our shared love for all things Canadian, and our mutual passion for acting, would bring us closer together as friends, and perhaps even more.

Next Goal Wins is an upcoming sports comedy-drama film directed by Taika Waititi, who co-wrote the screenplay with Iain Morris. The film is based on the 2014 documentary of the same name by Mike Brett and Steve Jamison about Dutch-American coach Thomas Rongen's efforts to lead the American Samoa national football team, considered the weakest football team in the world, to qualification for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Michael Fassbender will star as Rongen, alongside Oscar Kightley, David Fane, Beulah Koale, Uli Latukefu, Rachel House, Kaimana, Rhys Darby, Will Arnett, and Elisabeth Moss. Filming began in Honolulu in November 2019.
The film is set to be released on November 17, 2023, by Searchlight Pictures.
