Will atari replace my TDU?

I went to install TDU again on vista but my baby son has scratched my disk so it no longer works gets to about 43% then comes up with errors , obviously i own the original and it's registered online for me bit now i cannot play it, would atari replace the disk for me?

they wont replace a disk for nothing. either pay lots for a replacement or buy another copy of the game. (could by my spare one of me )

If not you could download the game off a torrent and use your legit cd key to install.

I cracked my EA BF2142 disk, they charged me £12 for a replacement although in fairness I did get a bundle pack back with 2 of the add ons

i never get decent speeds of torrents and it's 3.5gb

sorry, should have mentioned, i use the free ntl newsgroups, did used to pay for usenetserver but never used it much in the end so never renewed my 3 month membership, don't know what retention is on NTL buty can't imagine it being very long being a free service Partially removed

hmmm, there's another reason i never renewed my subscription, i'm only getting 600kb/second on 20mbit connection from usenetserver and max 10 connections with newsleecher.
