something along the lines of a 8800gt or 4770 would be ok at that kind of resolution with everything maxed out

2.6+gig dual core and 8800GT would work great at that res for everything maxed out in COD4.

Ok thanks for the help....I am going to buy a Athlon x3,2gb ddr3,785g motherboard and then see what COD is like and if not grab a 8800gt etc

badly.

my friend has a laptop with a 9500M GS with a T5800 C2D and 4GB DDR2 mem. and its not ideal. i tried it with a 6800 ultra (old i know) and it was also, not good. infact unplayable even without any details.

COH is very intense on CPU and GFX.
