more specifically Facebook games?

Going to be Buying a cheap 2nd system of some sort to be shared by me and the missus as I work and live in Gloucestershire and she and the kids live in our devon home, so this will be used mostly by her, how often is debatable, what I do know is when she does get in the mood on her okay laptop she likes the Facebook games like big resource using farming stuff, but big areas can take awhile to load, but I’m not sure if this is down to the source engine of the browser/flash or hardware related?

My use will be general web browsing and emails when I’m visiting and maybe the odd old game if I’m bothered so will likely get something anyways, just nothing special

Thanks for reply, as nice as that be, I’m looking for a system that cost less than that itself and be like looking at something older but DX11, I will likely need one for hdmi output, but again I’m just wondering if it would improve anything.

Facebooks games arnt the best, but other than maybe sims, it’s all she likes as far as computer based goes lol

It depends on the game. While Flash can use hardware acceleration it's still up to the game developer themselves, but yes, it can help a bit. Might be worth getting a modern low end GPU anyway to help with video decoding.
