Will DPD drop a package through the window vent if I leave a note?

I like OcUk and have always got my stuff from them but its these delivery companies that ruin it......

Yea I got the free shipping & DPD also said they will deliver free on Sat (if they didnt I would hollered @ em anyway and demanded free delivery)

Whats concerning me is that the status of the parcel on the DPD site has been frozen like what you see in the screengrab since 5th June - "At sortation facility" and Ive got a bad bad feeling that it will still be that way on Saturday morning.
