will I need a new PSU?

I'm currently running the following on a Tagan 420w:
AMD 3000+
1GB PC3200
NVIDIA 6600GT
2 hard drives (both SATA)
DVD-RW
(sometimes a PCI tv card (currently not though).

I'm getting a 4400 x2 and an extra 2GB RAM off the members market (may sell the old 1GB or use both together, yet to decide). Will my old PSU handle it - I'm really not sure if the x2's use more power or not...

An X2 probably will use slightly more power, it is dual cores after all but it still shouldn't trouble that PSU because it is a decent wattage from a good brand.
