Will i see a difference?

Gigabyte one is a bit overclocked so there will be a gain in benchmarks and games.
But the nice thing about the giga one is its cooler!
I had a gtx460 with a similar cooler(2fan) and it is very quiet!

Edit :
But there is a down side to it as well.
Giga one dumps the heat inside the case. So you will need better cooling in your case.
While Ocuk one can direct the heat out.

dumping it inside the case isn't to much of a problem because ill have 5 140mm akasa vipers + 4 120mm akasa vipers. is it really worth the extra £20 though?
 
Better find some reviews!
I have heard the stock gtx460 and I have used the gigabyte gtx460 with its twin fans, after that I know how much of a difference in noise they have! :)
