Will Iram work with Vista Readyboost?

From what I've seen of the Readyboost feature in Vista it's aimed at fast USB memory sticks. Does anyone know if Readyboost will be supported over SATA? Unlikely, but this should in theory make a huge difference with a 4Gb IRAM card!

would make more sense just to have 4 gig or normal ram, woudl be less expensive, ready boost is for people with not much Ram like 512mb

Not sure where you've got your info from... try a Google search on Readyboost and you'll find that you get the best out of it with 2Gb.

Trust me, i have vista ultimate and a corsair turboflash stick 1gb and it doesnt seem to do squat.
i also have the same usb flash key as yourself, but on my system it does make a bit of diff, not a great deal i woudl admit, browsing sites is a lot faster, ie this forum, i presume it precaches websites
as for the rest im not to sure, but mine is constantely flashing so its doing something lol.
