stupid case is one expansion slot short to use the far end PCI-E 8x slot

i would say yes but would not recomend it unless you watercool then

It looks like it would fit just, but airflow might be bad for the bottom and top card.

fractal design define mini, i should have said that its the mobo thats cack handed. Z68MX-UD2H-B3.

one too many PCI-E slots for a MATX.

I've ran MATX with two cards in. I don't recommend it tbh.

I got a GTX 275 a couple of days back (to be my spare) and ran it as a Physx card with the 7970. Things just got hot and loud.

Took it out today.

The card is running 985/1970 clocks on 1012mv @65*c whilst folding 100% so compared to my old gtx295 @96*c she is ice cold
