Will my Geil DDR667 work with a DS3 mobo?

Basically im looking to change mobo to a DS3 as imk not getting very far clocking with my current mobo.

So will geil value ddr667 work with a DS3?

agreed, I myself is using Kingston ValueRam DDR2 667 at the moment and I know that's limiting my overclock upto 3.3, buy yourself some Geil Ultra's or Geil Value PC6400.
 
You may be lucky and get a 10% oc on the value ram assuming you run a 1:1 ratio and get it to 734Mhz. Still going to limit you to a fsb of 367 = 2.9Ghz. IIRC the Asrock boards got to fsb366 no problem.
 
So you cant run a divider?

On my current board i could set the RAM to 533Mhz in the bios which would allow for a higher overclock. Well i could if the board would clock higher

My asrock only could go to fsb 315 even running the memory at 533
