Will NVidia's next GM200 card have all 3072 shaders enabled ?

I just don't see Nvidia waiting for the 390x and be interested in its specs, performance or price, they wont be worrying about anything from AMD full stop! they are in such a strong position in the market right now they don't need to look over there shoulders they will release there next product when, where and how they want at a price they want

I'd probably be tempted to "downgrade" to a 980ti if the custom ones can do 1600mhz clock speeds like some 980's can. Will make it a fair bit faster than the TX for resolutions below 4k I'd imagine. Saying that 6GB VRAM will probably be more than enough for most games at 4k as well.

Did we know the original titan wasnt full fat? , any reason the new titan X cant also not be quite the full spec and Nvidia has a higher version sitting waiting..?

Going by die size and features in comparison to 980 I believe some bright sparks have been able to verify it's full fat.

The original Titan was the first die harvest of Gk110, in that just like the gtx480 it had disabled sm units. The other 780/780ti's and titan black where all variations of die harvested gk110's. The full gk110 was always intended as 2880/240/48 just some die's had faults within them.

It's obvious the titan x is full fat, it is at the maximum die size limit, it is just the real 980 gtx but rebranded as Titanx.
It's an exact modular 50% scale up from the 980 to the titan x.
There isn't any more to come from gm200 without a die shrink, if we had a die shrink we could have seen around 3500-4000 shaders.
It was very obvious that gm204 was mid range despite people on here telling me and others that it was still a true flagship over gk110.

Effectively,
970 is the 960ti = 1664/104/56 256 bit (questionable)
980 is the 970 = 2048/128/64 256 bit
titan-x is the 980. = 3072/192/96 384 bit

From my sources the GTX 980 Ti will be released this Q3 with 3072 stream processors, 6GB RAM and less double precision than the Titan X.

Then we'll see die shrinks and cards such as the 950 & 950 Ti and the architecture further crippled down the ladder catering to entry, mainstream and mobile devices.

Mark my words.

The titan x doesn't have any dp fp64 to strip, (it's already been stripped) so that's the rumour corrected. The 970 and 980 gm204 already have been die harvested into mobile laptop devices. Entry level is the baby maxwell so a rebrand of 750,
