will the cpu work with this mobo

ok am planning on a upgrade quite soon
i was wondering if i will have any probs running this chip

Intel Core 2 duo E6850 "lg775 Conroe " 3.00ghz (1333FSB) with a gigabyte DS3 P rev 3.00 with latest bios

can you give the full name of your MB as there are quite a few DS3P boards (with different chipset) and what are you upgrading from

ok the mobo am currtly using is a gigabyte ds3 P (965P-ds3) it says it supports the 1333FSB
