Soldato
Bit of an of an odd one. Was waiting in line to fill with fuel earlier, noticed the person at the pump in front of me drop a bit of paper. Didn't give it any thought. When they left, I pulled up to the pump, and then noticed the bit of paper that had been dropped was a photograph (think passport size), The vehicle had long gone by that point. In hindsight I could have handed to the cashier, but I was doing pay at pump and didn't think of that until later.
I have the reg of the vehicle that dropped the picture. Would the DVLA give me details of the driver so I can send this photo back to them. The picture looks like it could be of this person's mother or similar, so could be very sentimental.
Failing that, any other ideas how to get the photo back to this person? Wasn't sure if this belongs in Motors or GD tbh.
TIA
