Will this computer be adequate?

I'm planning on putting this together;

EVGA GTX 670 FTW
z68 Motherboard
8GB 1600 RAM
550+ Corsair PSU
i5-2500k
2 Monitors hooked up to the GPU

What I'm planning on doing on it is having one monitor for like Skype/Msn/Browser and one running a game in ultra, mainly WoW, GW2, Minecraft, Boarderlands etc and I want to record it using fraps, I'll edit on the other screen with sony vegas too, I would like to have the ability to stream too in good quality/ultra

My question was, should I upgrade to an i7/2 GPUs for doing what I want to do or will it be alright (i know if i go for SLI i'll upgrade PSU too)

Would reccomend a 3570K and Z77 motherboard.

A single 670 will be fine for what you want, especially in games like that. An i5 is just fine too.
Although if you can spare the cash then why not go all out!

Why not a Z77 board and 3570K may i ask?

I already have a z68 mobo and an ivybridge update hasn't come out for it yet

I thought all Z68 mobo's have been updated? Have you checked the latest BIOS? And which mobo is it.
