Will this hacksaw be enough?

If it's stainless it's hell to do it like that. I usually drill sized/sheared bolts. A grinder would also work.

No. Them things are crap.

Get a grinder for £20-25 assuming you can reach the bolt with the grinder.

With enough perseverance - you can cut through anything. Although I'd rather buy a cheap grinder than try...

A dremmel can be handy if access is tight and you're patient.

Yeah ideally a dremmel or grinder, cutting with that thing you will get through it but it will take ages be feel like a lot of hard work
