Will this memory work?

At the moment i have this motherboard http://gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3485#ov and i only have 2 gigabytes of memory right now. I want to upgrade and wanted to make sure that this memory http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-190-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=813 i was going to get is compatable with it. I have gone to the gigabyte website and it does not say it supports and im abit worried that it only have 2 memory slots which are rather close together. Will this memory fit because of the heatsinks or should i get slimmer memory ?

I don't think it fitting should be an issue unless the slots are really close together.

Never had an issue with heatspreaders being too chunky, you'll be fine.

the heat speaders on that ram are not as big as they look. it will be fine.
