will this overclock by much

i am just wondering what overclock i can get from pc 5300 on a q6600.i will get something faster when i have the funds but can i get a bit more with what i have for now.

Running the RAM at a 1:1 divider you can get 333MHz without overclocking the RAM which would result in a 3GHz Q6600

You could push the FSB a little bit more as I have PC5300 in one of my PC's atm and it's running at 340MHz... I would think that if it's good PC5300 RAM it will go all the way to 400MHz with looser timings giving you a 3.6GHz Q6600.

thanks for that if i can get 3 gig i shall be more than happy. if not whats best to get to do so.i have 2 gig now and want to move to 4 when i can.
