Running the RAM at a 1:1 divider you can get 333MHz without overclocking the RAM which would result in a 3GHz Q6600
You could push the FSB a little bit more as I have PC5300 in one of my PC's atm and it's running at 340MHz... I would think that if it's good PC5300 RAM it will go all the way to 400MHz with looser timings giving you a 3.6GHz Q6600.
