Looks good,But i'd change the board to the P5Q Pro and up the psu to a 650w

(always good to have that bit more power for future upgrades)

You'll get cables. The only cables I'd buy is a couple SATA cable for the drives in case the included ones are too short.

Don't forget thermal grease.

CPU cooler will be included in the retail cpu package you have in your basket. It may be a good idea to buy a case fan or two, unless that case includes them, but it's not 100% necessary.
