Your Mobo and PSU should come with all the cables you need, and spares.

I have loads of the things spare anyway and nothing has blown up yet

Is the stock cooler any good on the i3? or will it be worth upgrading for prolonged gaming sessions? (i know im being a hasstle) thanks

Stock cooler will be fine if you are not over clocking.

However, it can get pretty loud. I'd say it is worth paying £15-20 on a cheap cooler if it is in your budget.

A cooler isn't the most expensive part, so you will be able to upgrade it in the future with ease

Could someone also recommend a monitor for me? the GTX 460 only has 2x Dual-Link DVI-I & 1x Mini-HDMI 1.4a (not sure what the mini HDMI thing is), im looking to spend about £130 including delivery. Thanks!!

My GTX came with a mini HDMI adapter (GTX 560 ti). It just saves "space" so you can have the other ports on the GPU (and things plugged into them).

Your GTX 460 may come with one.

As for monitors, your probably looking around the 22" range (on the budget side). The only two in budget are:
