Will this work?

Yeah i'm not sure whether to keep the RAM or change it for something. Like i said i want this to be somewhat future proof for a lifespan of 3-5 years at least.

Have you had a chance to read the suggestions (and expainations) about changing the motherboard, OS, memory and GPU?

On top of these I would personally not suggestion going for a captive liquid cooler system like the Antec 920. They generally perform well and provide good cooling, but they are generally rather loud (they need high speed, high static pressue fans to force enough air through the radiator), expensive and if the pump ever fails or you spring a leak they you will have proper issues.

This review compares the Antec 920 with top-end tower heatsinks like the Thermalright Archon and HR-02. These tower coolers are large, but they provide as good cooling as the Antec 920 while costing less and being significantly quieter. Something like a Thermalright Archon, Thermalright Silver Arrow, Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks PH-TC14PE

As was mentioned earlier - there really isn't performance benefit going for 2133MHz RAM over 1600MHz stuff - due to the design of the memory controller that sandy bridge uses. Please have a look at this page, it shows this fact pretty clearly. Since the Corsair Dominator GT kit you linked to costs £250 and two of these Kingston 2x4GB kits costs a total of £80 - then you can make a big money saving without comprimising performance.

One thing I should mention, the heatsinks on the RAM really aren't required and are mainly there for aesthetics and marketing. Also, they make the system less flexible as they are usually obstruct large tower coolers (like the ones I mentioned earlier). Therefore it is generally recommended to go for low-profile RAM like the kingston kit I linked to earlier - since it is good value, fast enough and doesn't restrict your choice of CPU coolers.

The RAM Vengeance kit beejjacobs linked to a MUCH better option than the dominator RAM - since it is MUCH cheaper and performs almost exactly the same. However, it does use large and unnecessary heatsinks - so your choice of tower heatsinks would still be restricted if you went with this RAM.

Your spec also still has Windows 7 Ultimate in it. May I ask you what features it has that you need which make it worth £35 more than Windows 7 Professional?

Also, the motherboard. Ask yourself what features it has that are worth the extra £200. Since £120-150 Z68 boards are fully capable of overclocking i7 2700K CPUs past 4.8GHz (so long as the chip is a good one) and offer the same bandwidth for dual graphics cards (x8/x8).
