Will UK rent prices decrease due to all the deaths?

Remember. Not all deaths from covid are mutually exclusive to those of a normal year.

So if 100k died that might be 50k extra.

50k is nothing in terms of changing property values.

Economic slowdown could change the landscape. But not deaths.
 
lol 100k deaths is nothing and most of these people are from the generation where they are home owners.
If anything it means a lot of kids got early inheritance to pay off their own bills.

Compared to 10 year average, 2020 exceeded 90,000 'extra' deaths, whether that was COVID or any other cause.

I would agree with the point that it won't have a significant impact though, whether it was 50,000, 90,000 or 100,000.
