Will Updating my BIOS wipe my overclock?

I've got a Gigabyte 965P DS3 and I'm planning on updating my BIOS. I have my overclock settings saved in one of the save slots in the BIOS. I take it this will be wiped if I update the BIOS?

Yeah, just write down all your settings. It's better to restore the BIOS to default settings before flashing.
