Hi,

Can I use some Corsair XMS2 DDR2 RAM in a Z68A DDR3 motherboard on a temporary basis until I buy some DDR3 RAM or will it not work at all?

If it is possible to get it to work would I have to change any BIOS settings or will the BIOS automatically detect it and configure itself?

Thx

no, they physically will not fit and you will knacker the board trying to make them fit :) Buy some DDR3 now, it's as cheap as it's going to get tbh, 8Gb for less then 40 notes is a bargain :)
