Will you notice a speed difference between SSD's?

Hey, I was wondering if you would notice and day to day speed increases with, say an intel 510 SSD With 450mbps read speeds compared to something like an Agility with 270mpbs, or would you only notice higher transfer rates? Thanks

Probably not, there isn't much difference between my setup running on a single SSD to when it's running on two in RAID0. A few games etc load slightly quicker but for day to day stuff it feels the same.
