Ok, so i recently built an Asus Crosshair x870e, 7800X3D, WD Black SN8100 2tb

All has been fine for a week or 2 but now while booting i get about 8 to 9 rotations of the egg timer, delaying the boot up by about 10 seconds.
For the 1st week or 2 i wasn't even getting the egg timer up at all, so nice quick boots, just the same as my last B650E build.
I did a fresh install today and its just the same, 8 or 9 rotations ..... It's doing ma heed in :(

Any ideas??

Are you getting the delay when restarting from windows? Is it only when powering up from cold/off?

No, this is all from cold/off booting. I find i have always got a few rotations when restarting on all of my machines.

I'm pretty sure its a moatherboard issue as i have a 2nd 1tb crucial drive that has been fine in the passed and that is doing it exactly the same
