Hi All,
Been trying to clone a 64Gb Crucial M4 onto a 120Gb Corsair Force3 using Acronis.
Seems to work (no errors) but can never seem to boot from the new SSD.
Checked a few forums and recommendation was to backup existing SSD using Windows 7 Backup and then restore using recovery disk onto blank SSD.
However, when I try to backup my 64Gb drive it wants me to select part of another HDD [D:] - leaving the system image at 240Gb! I can't unselect the HDD during this (see image).
Anyone have any suggestions why Windows wants such a huge chunk of this drive in the system image when Windows is installed on the C: drive?
Hope someone can help as this is driving me nuts (only have 7Gb left on the 64Gb and getting sick of cleaning up Nvidia drivers, Itunes backups, etc.)
Thanks
