Win 7 Constantly reading harddisk

Just installed 7 64 bits and as subject title. cpu usage fluctuates upto 15% so what cud it be? not defragging, not anti virus, not win. defender, not indexing. very furstrating amongst other issues with dual booting and itunes library

go to resource monitor then to the next menu cpu and see what process/app using your 15%

Note resource monitor location: start-all programs - accessories - system tools - resources monitor
