Win 7 desktop - 3D windows

Do you get the small 3D overlapping windows for open apps like you do in Vista (or did when I tried it at RC stage - haven't used it since) please?

Thanks - it works with "Windows" aero themea - and was was on "Classic" !

That's why I couldn't find it.
