The reviews on the site give him 91% thumbs up.

Sounds like he will point me towards microsoft serves to download iso and I install using key....

There is no way im going to get a refund! The guys email is from china, although he has been on conversation with me.

It looks potentially legite, but logically it can possibly be.

Oh well a £15 mistake. :o

If it the one i think it is, I've used them twice and they seem to be ok, Checked the license code and they are licence volume keys

Glad you got a refund. I will use them again if I have CD already.

Thanks for the above.

I doubt you are breaking rules (delete your post now that I'v seen it) as we have not mentioned any names.

Iv already asked for a refund so we will see what happens.

However mysteriously I have looked through my order history I seem to have made TWO purchases! Which I definetly did not!

Edit.....

Hmm seems today I am complety off the ball!

I doubt it is true, but the order histroy I refer too, it actually refunds! It looks like he has already refunded it in a matter of hours....

Edit 2*

Yes in deed, my purchase has been cancelled.... makes me think it was legit afterall....

There's nothing wrong with downloading a Windows ISO and activating it with a legit licence key. When you buy Windows you're paying for a license to use the software, not access to the code itself.

That is almost certainly not a legit license key for a single user, though. Judging by what baron02 said, it is a volume license key. If so, that is not legit for you to use. Volume license keys are issued to organisations and are only valid when used within that organisation.

That doesn't mean it won't work. It will probably work until MS figures out that the key is being abused and blacklists it. But it's still pirate software, and what is the point of paying for pirate software? You're no more licensed than someone who downloads a cracked copy from a torrent site, and you've paid for the privilege.
