Win 7 tweaks for 2 SSD's?

As in my sig I have 2 SSD's. 840 Pro has O/S and apps, M500 has me games on it and the 4TB HDD is used for docs and storage. I haven't done any tweaks apart from disable hibernate and defrag. Any point in disabling indexing on the SSD's, or doing any other tweaks?

Those tweaks are 2 years old, any of 'em really make a difference on todays SSD's?

Samsung Magician software has some OS Optimization settings that make configuration very easy.
