Win 8 Backup CD

Anyone applied for a win 8 backup cd ? and if you did have you received it yet?
I paid for mine about two weeks ago and haven't got it yet.

The backup disc arrived today after 17 day. It's a simple card sleeve with 2 disc's 32 bit and 64 bit, each disc has windows 8 and windows pro on them.
