Win 8 screen size in Virtualbox

Does anybody know how to increase the size of the screen in Oracle VirtualBox, I'm using that to run Win 8. Thanks

You need to install guest additions, but as they don't work with windows 8 yet you need to install them in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
