Would also love to know how you changed the hair colour and also the writing
The font i used is called Bones Bummer which is available free here: http://www.fonts4free.net/bones-bummer-font.html
To change the hair colour i made a new adjustment layer of hue/saturation and moved the slider till the hair in the picture was green. (everything else was also a strange colour too) Then i made a layer mask, and filled it with black, this means no colour change will show through. I then changed my brush to white and coloured on the hair, meaning the colour will show only on the hair. ie, he has green hair while the rest of the picture remains the correct colour.
