I'm really sorry guys, as you can imagine i was not responsible for packing up the items but i know we wrapped them in many layers of bubble wrap so god knows what the courier has been playing at. I will chase this up.
 
Yeah, packaging was fine, can't see how it could have been done better without getting silly.
Just one of these things I guess, in my my experience, mugs never seem to survive shipping.

If i can i will ensure everyone gets at least one mug, if we have enough to go around that is.

Unfortunately i did not anticipate so many breakages but good to see some people got one that's not broken.

Mine wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap. Mine was just in a separate bag... huh, that's strange. Anyway thanks Matt. Don't worry if you can't but thanks for trying and thanks for all the other items.
 
o dear. my mug is quite smashed too :( no bubble wrap. The pens, shirt, sticky notes and neck things are in tact though. :)

Had mine arrived thanks Matt!! One mug handle broke though :( least I have another :) ... Pic income shorty :) ...

FYI , experiance from working in APC's nottingham dept , anything that ain't boxed is being thrown ... ( scan targets in the mornings shift made sure there was no possible way of not handling multiple packages whilst firing them around the wearhouse like a madman )

My stuff arrived but the mug has a broken handle. Mine too came in NO bubble wrap so sadly was pretty likely to be broken in shipping.

EDIT: Having another close look at the bag the stuff came in and it's obviously been ripped and taped up on the backside.

Firstly, cheers for the pack, much appreicated for chosing and sending out.


To echo the others though, both handles on my mugs were broken..... the rest of the items are great though and generous in numbers, cheers!

Don't worry about the mug if you don't have enough to go around, am happy with the rest of the gear.
 
Just received my goodies! Sadly an obliterated mug despite being well wrapped in air sacks :( but the pens etc are all fine and the shirt is bloody awesome! Thank you very much indeed Matt! :D
 
If anyone has had both mugs broken can you post here to let me know and I'll try to get you another one sent out. If you have one mug that survived the delivery then count yourself lucky it seems.

So far I've listed down everyone who has posted or either had both mugs broken or just received one broken mug.

I was aiming to send two mugs out to everyone, but it seems we didn't have enough. Now we have some breakages and I'm trying to source some more to make sure everyone at least gets one. :)
