We all know that Overclockers and AMD rule the world!! No mistaking that fact however interplanetary domination is the real goal here.

Competition quote: what you are willing to do to win the top prize, DO IT AND THEN PROVE IT with photographic or video evidence!

Well I am prepared to go where no other has. Outerspace and beyond!!!!!
I have named a STAR ‘AMD RADEON & WWW.OVERCLOCKERS .CO.UK’
It is based in the Andromeda constellation and will be viewable to all humans (and non-humans) for all eternity and beyond.

I have organised for the certificate and necessary paperwork to be sent direct to OCUK so you will have ownership of the STAR and can brag as much as you like about being not only the best but biggest – by a few million miles!!!!
You will also have:

Stunning presentation folder to keep all your official documents safe
Certificate of registration complete with genuine wax seal

What would I do?

Well my original idea was to get my girlfriend to model with posters of the logos :D
But she didnt like the idea :(

So instead you have me modelling with pics of the logos! :p

This one required planning and implementation so I imagine that's why entries are coming in now. Filmed mine over the weekend and editing/uploading after work. Is it still [*youtube] [*/youtube] to embed YT videos in posts?
 
My entry:
I made my own energy drink, names OverclockersUK Energy. It is a special mixture of water and food colouring. I created the label by myself and I also used an old bottle of doctor pepper.

OCUK Ready To Serve Their Customers Up A Tasty Treat

For months the location and details of OCUK's new premises have been kept under wraps.

I can exclusively reveal to you today the new OCUK shop is actually a fully edible Gingerbread shop. Hand crafted, everything about this shop was built and created from the ground up. The gingerbread was made from scratch in order to ensure the highest quality 'military grade' gingerbread would be strong enough to support a shop of OCUK's quality pc components.

With the winter season approaching, snow has covered the OCUK premises. Luckily it was built with quality to ensure it will survive the coldest temperatures.

What's this? Its the first customer to the new premises. Percy the penguin was spotted leaving the premises, complete with his OCUK gingerbread shopping bags. He had just purchased a AMD 7970+a free copy of sleeping dogs pc game from the shop.

OCUK customers will be having their cake and eating it judging by the tasty treats inside this shop. (Click images for HD Pics)




This is my entry OCUK. :)


Ingredients
125g unsalted butter
100g dark muscovado sugar
4 tbsp golden syrup
325g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp ground ginger

How i made it
1.) first i preheated the oven to gas mark 3. Lined baking trays with baking parchment. Melted the butter, sugar and syrup in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally, then removed from the heat.
2.)I Sieved the flour, bicarbonate of soda and ginger into a bowl and stired the melted ingredients into the dry ingredients to make a stiff dough.
3.)I placed dough onto a lightly floured surface and rolled to a thickness of about 5mm. using a template i made i cut the pieces and placed the shapes onto the lined baking trays and baked in batches, for 9-10 minutes until light golden brown.
4.) when all pieces were cooled i made some royal icing using 3 egg whites and 500g icing sugar, 15 minutes of hand whisking i had icing peaks and a dead arm. I then placed icing in a piping bag and iced all sides together then iced to decorate.
i made the Radeon sign using red,white and black sugarpaste and cut the letters by hand.

I attempted to "map" OcUK onto the landscape using various means. Filming was fun... editing wasn't! It took me about a week or so to finish.

Well, I want this card so bad, that I would write a cheesy 4-chord song acommpanied by terrible, cringe-worthy (yet hopefully humorous) singing, and I would upload it to YouTube to humiliate myself.

And I almost didn't, but now that I've spent so much time on it I might as well put it out there, and I admit I did have fun in the process. Although I am utterly embarrassed by it :D

It was literally the first time I tried anything like it, so please excuse the poor quality. Lyrics in the description if you wanna sing along :p

Anyway, here it is.
