Win7 Beta

Anyone using this?

It installed my Nvidia beta drivers automatically but the driver is currently quite buggy. It often crashes when I resize VLC/Windows Media Player accross my monitor and has also crashed a few times in game.

Is anyone using different drivers? Or is everyone using the one found by windows?

As far as Im aware, the one that windows finds is the latest available one from Nvidia but I could be wrong :/ The Nvidia site doesnt seem to have any Win7 drivers available for download, it just says to use windows update.

you can install the windows vista whql drivers on windows 7 and they work fine, there a lot more stable than the ones installed by windows

Seems a lot of vista drivers also work fine with Win 7 as I use vista Catalysts for my 4870 on win 7 beta with no problems as well

Yeah vista drivers work fine, using them here on my 4850, and never had any probs with Win 7.

Strange that the driver automatically downed and installed though, as i got the ATi WDDM 1.1 Win 7 beta driver as an optional download (so never installed it), unless you have some setting for it saying it can download everything and install automatically (including the optionals).

gues there cant be many differences between vista and win7 then. Bin totaly out the loop btw so i gues most people already new this anyway. I was kinda hoping for something new.
