Win7 task bar bug

Not really that important just thought I see if anyone else has this problem I have.
Basically if you unlock the task bar and move it around you get this big thick bar that appears around the task bar and it wont dissapear till you place it back at the bottom.
 
Just tried it and it gets thicker at the sides but not at the top. And it gets thicker at the sides because it has to be thick enough for the date.
Not what I'd call a big thick bar though.

Not that I ever move the task bar anyway but its definitely not right. On the plus side this OS is great ive had no problems at all :)

I've been meaning to post about this.

It's fine on my PC, but on my sister's that line at the top's permenantly there.

The only way I can get it to go away is to reinstall the (onboard) graphics drivers, but it's back again on the next reboot.

Same here. It's weird though. If I drag the taskbar from the bottom, then to the left, then the top, the left side goes blurry. If I drag the taskbar to the right side and then to the top, it's fine. Not an issue for me though, as I only have mine at the bottom.

O well, I never put the task bar up the top anyway. They never edited the bar properly so it reverses etc so it looks naff.
