I'll second that. And UAC however I can't see UAC using a lot of background resource, it's more of an annoyance.

For the people turning off UAC: Surely it'd be better to just switch it to silent mode using something like TweakUAC?

Silent mode doesn't turn it off and still stops some stuff working, I don't want it interfering the way it does with my usage!

i like UAC in windows7, i leave it as it is and find it fine. VISTA UAC was a different kettle of fish, but win7 fine,
