HI Guys,
I have had a laptop for a year now and for a few months been getting errors regarding such as Bad Image and various files being corrup and undereadable.
Often the keyboard and touchpad won't work either so I have to plug in usb kepyboard, is there a problem with the hard drive or will a reformat of the c:/ parition be enough?
I assume the other partitions won't be affected by the reformat?

Any one know what these errors are?

need more info mate the exact error information and a full spec of your laptops hardware would be very helpful.

Try Ultimate Boot CD to test RAM and HDD without booting into Windows. If no errors then backup and reinstall. If all your data is on a seperate partition then a reinstall will not affect it.
