I have tried everything I could find online. It still leaves that hibernate file on the drive unless I fully shutdown, linux only opens the windows fs drives as read only.
It is odd, I did that a while back & when I check witth a app I downloaded it says it is off, but when I reset & boot to linux my NTFS drives moun't as read only.
Don't understand why Hibernating your windows installation [or not Hibernating] have anything to do with a different OS mounting your NTFS partitions read-only? The HIB file is really only an image of your running Windows memory at the time for it to go back to.
