How do you prevent windows 10 from installing drivers from windows update during installation. I normally disconnect from internet but is there any another way?

I said is there another way? The problem is if you want to login with your microsoft account, then internet has to be on and drivers get installed automatically.

as i said. don't be connected to the internet. or maybe i'm reading this wrong (though i don't think i am). you don't have to be connected to anything to install Windows.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Is there a specific driver you do not wish to install?

Try this: just do a normal installation and accept Windows drivers, I don't think you have a choice. Then download and install the latest drivers from the motherboard site. Now you can disable Windows Update from installing drivers, AFAIK all security and other updates are not affected.
