Where can I find the reason, it reconnects in like a sec or two... This has been while playing Deablo 3, I don't want it happening when playing a online game with a clan... Drivers seem fine, no marks in device manager... If MS didn't dumb everything down so much, it might be a easy find/fix...

I checked your ASUS P8H61-M LX motherboard product page, it used Realtek 8111E Gigabit LAN chipset. Your Windows 10 probably used older Realtek LAN driver that could caused disconnect issues.

Realtek released new driver in Nov 2016 last month for RTL8111E:

Hope new driver will fix your issue.

Bit of a long shot, but worth a try & it's something I always make sure I do on a new build:

Go to network connections > properties on your ethernet > configure > power management > uncheck everything

Updated driver, turned power man. off, I have a smcwusb-g 802.11g could the drivers be conflicting? Maybe I should just use that Linux didn't like my wired & wireless seems good in it... The most recent driver is 2008 though...
